Insurance Claims​

Our expert appraisal team has over 25 years of experience working with insurance companies to make sure that our customers get the repairs that they deserve.   It's important to all of us here at Dick's Auto Body that your vehicle is repaired using high quality, factory parts, and by working with your insurance company, we will do everything we can to make sure that happens.

You can rest knowing that we will take care of all the paperwork needed after you put in your initial claim.  We will deal with your insurance company for you to make sure that any additional repairs that may be needed are paid for and taken care of in a timely, efficient manner.  We remain in constant contact with your insurance company throughout the entire repair process, and make sure that you have as little stress as possible.  All you need to do is drop your car off with us, and we will take care of the rest.

Out of Pocket Costs

The only out of pocket costs for you should be your deductible, however, with the rising costs of materials, there may be a small portion that your insurance company refuses to cover.  We will do everything in our power to prevent these costs by working with your insurance company.

Rental Services

​

When your vehicle is being repaired, you may find that you require a rental car to keep your life moving forward.  We understand how much stress you already have from being involved in a collision, and can help reduce some of that stress by arranging for a rental car to be waiting for you when you come in for your appointment.  You bring your car here, and the rental company will be waiting with all the necessary paperwork for you to sign.  Ideally, you would have rental coverage on your policy, but even if you don't, you can still get a rental car(provided you pay the daily fees charged by the rental company).
